Unruly Passenger Arrested After NYC-Bound Flight Makes Emergency Landing: Officials

A possible safety concern prompted an emergency touchdown at LaGuardia Airport and led to the arrest of one of many airplane’s passengers, federal and airline officers confirmed Saturday.
